All sessions are held outdoors in Hamilton public parks. Each masterclass focuses on one bodyweight skill and lasts 45 minutes.

What to bring

Practical bits for a comfortable session

  • A refillable water bottle and a small towel.
  • Layered clothing — Hamilton mornings can shift from cool to warm.
  • Flat shoes you do not mind on grass; bare feet are also welcome.
  • An honest sense of your starting point — we scale every drill.

What about rain?

Light drizzle still goes ahead. Heavy weather means a free reschedule — we email by 6am.

Are kids welcome?

Our masterclasses are designed for adults aged 16+. Younger guests need a parent enrolled too.

Mobility needs?

Tell us before booking and we will preview the drills so you can decide what fits you.

How do I pay?

Bank transfer or cash on the day. Multi-class packs are listed on the Packages page.
