1. Introduction

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Vorquenxiexlyux website and the outdoor masterclasses we run in Hamilton, New Zealand. Please read them carefully before using our services.

2. Acceptance of terms

By browsing the site, sending us an enquiry, booking a masterclass or attending a session, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms. If you do not accept any part of them, please do not use the site or take part in our sessions.

3. Use of the website

You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of any other person, restrict their use of the site, or attempt to interfere with its normal operation. You may not attempt to access areas of the site that are not intended to be public.

4. Account information

We do not offer user accounts on this website. The information you share with us is limited to what you choose to send via the contact form, by email or by phone, and is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.

5. Bookings and payments

A booking is confirmed once we reply with the meeting point, the time and the price for the chosen package. Payment may be made by bank transfer ahead of the session or in cash on the day. Prices listed on the Packages page are in New Zealand dollars and may change from time to time. We will honour the price quoted in your booking confirmation.

6. Participant responsibilities

You are responsible for letting us know in advance about any circumstance that may affect your safety or comfort during a masterclass. This includes recent injuries, recovery periods and any condition for which you have been advised by a qualified professional to be cautious during physical activity. We are coaches, not clinicians, and we encourage you to consult a qualified professional before starting any new physical practice.

During each session you remain responsible for working at a pace that feels right for you. You may pause, modify or skip any drill at any time. If something does not feel right, please tell the coach.

7. Weather and cancellations

Our sessions are held outdoors and depend on safe conditions. Light drizzle is fine; thunderstorms, ice or strong winds will lead to a free reschedule. We will notify booked participants by email or phone at least ninety minutes before the session whenever conditions force a change. If you need to cancel, please give us at least twelve hours' notice so we can offer your spot to someone else.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, photographs, illustrations, the brand name and the layout — is owned by Vorquenxiexlyux or used with permission. You may view and share links to our pages for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any other use, including reproduction or republication, requires our prior written consent.

9. Third-party links

Our site may link to other websites and services that we do not control. We provide these links for convenience and do not endorse the content or practices of those third parties. Their use is at your own risk and subject to their own terms and policies.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site is provided on an "as is" basis.
